GET HYBRID
GET HYBRID is where strength training and cardiovascular conditioning meet in an intentional, performance-driven session. SWEAT & SCULPT
SWEAT & SCULPT is a heart-rate-driven experience that puts live data at the centre of your training. With your metrics displayed on screen, your coach can guide you individually while the entire class moves through energising intervals together. Expect a blend of functional movement patterns, controlled strength work, and cardiovascular exercises prescribed with intention, tailored to elevate your conditioning and maximise caloric output.
